PWR Beatz:  The HIIT and Functional Training Workout

This class has three power-packed sections: BURN – High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) to get your heart pumping! BLAST – Strength and conditioning for the whole body. BOOST – Tightens your abs, strengthens your core and improves balance.

Suitable for all levels of fitness, as the exercises can be adapted according to the individual's needs.

We also have a class on Thursday at 7.30pm!
